Sloppy Joe Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, corn, water (optional) and seasoning mix.
  4. Heat mixture until hot and bubbly; reduce heat and simmer while preparing crust.
  5. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; flatten slightly.
  6. Dip each in milk; dip in cornmeal.
  7. Arrange 7 biscuits around sides and 3 in the bottom of 9-inch pie pan; press biscuits to form crust.
  8. Sprinkle crust with 1/2 cup of the cheese. Spoon hot meat mixture over cheese; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown.
  10. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  11. Makes 8 servings.
