Peanut Butter Oat Nut Cookies (Lc)

  1. Blend Swerve with the softened butter, then add in the eggs, the cashew better, and the vanilla.
  2. Add and blend in the baking powder, then the peanut flour and oats.
  3. Add and blend in the chocolate chips and nuts.
  4. Scoop in 1/4 cup portions onto a parchment lined tray, and lightly press with a fork.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 375F. Cool on a rack.
