New Potato, Pasta And Vegetable Stir-Fry

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot (not boiling).
  3. Add onion, cook 5 to 6 minutes or until partially cooked, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in asparagus, bell pepper, oregano, salt and pepper.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 5 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  6. Stir occasionally.
  7. Stir in cooked pasta; cook until thoroughly heated.
  8. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Cover.
  10. Let stand until cheese is melted.
