Chicken Fajitas

  1. Combine first 10 ingredients; mix well.
  2. (Can use a blender or food processor.)
  3. Coat chicken with marinade.
  4. Cover and put in refrigerator for 4 or more hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. Drain chicken; grill on grill 8 to 10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  6. (In winter broil under broiler.)
  7. Slice in thin slices. Wrap tortilla in foil and warm through.
  8. Place chicken and some garnishes on tortillas.
  9. Roll up and enjoy.
