Breakfast In A Loaf

  1. Cut 2-inch slice from top of loaf; set aside for lid.
  2. Remove soft interior of loaf, leaving a 1-inch thick wall and bottom. Place sliced ham in bottom.
  3. Top with bell pepper rings; sprinkle with half of the cheeses.
  4. Scramble eggs with salt until soft with no liquid remaining. Add to loaf.
  5. Add olives and tomato slices. Top with remaining cheese and mushrooms.
  6. Place lid on loaf.
  7. Wrap in foil.
  8. Place on baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges.
  10. Yield:
  11. 8 servings.
