Chocolate Nut Energy Balls

  1. Blitz the almonds and cashews in a food processor for a few seconds to chop up finely.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor. Blitz until everything is combined and you have a thick mixture.
  3. Roll teaspoonfuls of the mixture into balls and arrange on a baking tray. Pop the tray in the fridge and leave the balls to firm up. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
