Crab Mold
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not dilute)
- 1 envelope Knox gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 large (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. chopped celery (2 stalks)
- 1 c. chopped green onions (5 green onions with tops)
- 1 can crab meat, shredded
- Baguette
- Roasted Red Bell Peppers
- Provolone Cheese
- Tomato Basil Sauce (see Sauce section)
- Lightly toast baguette slices in the oven.
- Lay a wide strip of roasted red bell pepper on each slice and place a square of sliced provolone cheese on the pepper.
- Fold the pepper over the cheese and drizzle with Tomato-Basil sauce.
- Place under the broiler until cheese is bubbly (but watch them carefully and don't let them burn).
