Crab Mold

  1. Lightly toast baguette slices in the oven.
  2. Lay a wide strip of roasted red bell pepper on each slice and place a square of sliced provolone cheese on the pepper.
  3. Fold the pepper over the cheese and drizzle with Tomato-Basil sauce.
  4. Place under the broiler until cheese is bubbly (but watch them carefully and don't let them burn).
