Cedar Creek Marinated Vegetables(Appetizer)

  1. Cut off cauliflower buds and split to bite size.
  2. Split carrots and celery into fourths, lengthwise, then cut pieces 2 inches long.
  3. Add drained mushrooms, olives and garlic cloves. Sprinkle garlic powder over cut vegetables.
  4. Add lemon juice, lemon halves and Italian dressing.
  5. Stir and set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Stir again and salt to taste.
  7. Marinate for at least 2 more hours, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve in large bowl.
  9. Use toothpicks to spear morsels.
