Cauliflower Gratinee

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and saute 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Prosciutto and saute 2 more minutes.
  5. Add cauliflower and cook just until it begins to lose its crispness, 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Stir in flour and then the cream; blend well.
  7. Season with the cayenne, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Heat to boiling and immediately remove from heat.
  9. Pour the cauliflower into a shallow gratin dish.
  10. Top with the cheese and parsley.
  11. Bake until top is lightly browned and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
