Marinated And Grilled Baby Octopus

  1. Combine all ingredients and set aside.
  2. Combine the marinade and octopus and marinate for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Grill the octopus on high heat on a gas grill in a grill pan for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  4. Let cool in a bowl and then drain in a colander.( the octopus exude a little juice after grilling)
  5. Cut them up in bite size pieces and then dress them with the lemon juice, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
