Jalapeno Grilled Cheese

  1. Stir together the softened butter, garlic and salt until combined.
  2. Spread one side of each slice of bread with the garlic butter.
  3. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add 2 slices of bread, butter side down.
  4. Top with slices of mozzarella cheese, jalapenos and tomatoes and place remaining slices of bread on top, butter side up.
  5. Cook until golden brown, and cheese is melting, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another minute or two until the other side is golden brown, and the cheese is fully melted.
  6. Serve with green goddess dressing for dipping.
  7. Combine all ingredients except the salt and pepper in a food processor or blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
