Bread Pudding

  1. In large bowl mix eggs on high until very frothy at 3 minutes. Add sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, milk and butter.
  2. Beat on high speed until well blended.
  3. Add raisins and nuts to mixture. Place bread in greased loaf pan.
  4. Pour egg mixture over bread. Let sit 45 minutes, patting down occasionally.
  5. Place in 350u0b0 oven immediately.
  6. Lower temperature to 300u0b0.
  7. Bake 40 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425u0b0, 15 to 20 minutes more.
  8. Serve warm with favorite sauce or ice cream.
