Marble Fudge

  1. Line an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Place corn syrup and milk in a 2-quart saucepan set on a medium-low heat burner. Add chocolate, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted, then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the vanilla and the sugar with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture in the pan previously prepared.
  5. Using a teaspoon, drop the peanut butter onto the fudge.
  6. To marbleize, use a knife to swirl the peanut butter through the fudge.
  7. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Invert onto cutting board and remove the plastic wrap.
