Texas Chili Beef Slices(Makes 6 To 8 Servings)

  1. Sprinkle meat with tenderizer according to package directions. In small bowl, make marinade by combining onion, garlic, oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder.
  2. Place steak in shallow baking dish.
  3. Pour marinade over meat; store in refrigerator overnight or at least 3 hours.
  4. Remove steak from marinade.
