Chicken Salad Log

  1. Mix cream cheese, salad dressing, lemon juice, salt, ginger, pepper and pepper sauce.
  2. Stir in chicken, eggs and 1/4 cup green onions.
  3. Shape into log, 8 x 2-inches.
  4. Wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours.
  5. Cut bell pepper rings to make strips.
  6. Place strips diagonally across log, dividing log into 4 sections. Sprinkle sesame seed on one section.
  7. Repeat with
  8. 3 tablespoons onion, the olives and pimiento on remaining sections.
  9. Serve with assorted crackers.
  10. Makes about 4 cups.
