Lemon Almond Cake

  1. Cream together the butter and cream cheese
  2. Slowly beat in the egg yolks
  3. In a separate bowl whisk all dry ingredients together
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, add in the extracts
  5. Beat egg whites until fluffy, then fold into everything else.
  6. Pour into greased cake pan (1 9x13, or 2 8/9" rounds)
  7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  8. Let cool before cutting and icing.
  9. Whip whipping cream
  10. Combine milk and pudding mix, let stand until thickened
  11. Cream cream cheese until smooth
  12. Add pudding mix to the cream cheese
  13. Fold in whipping cream. Twa Da!
