Saw Dust Salad

• 1 small box lemon gelatin
• 1 small box orange gelatin
• 2 c. hot water
• 1 1/2 c. cold water
• 1 (14 oz.)tan crushed pineapple drain and save juice
• 2 bananas, diced
• 40 miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 c. pineapple juice (add water if not enough)
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 8 oz. cool whip
• grated sharp cheese

1. Dissolve lemon and orange gelatin in 2 cups hot water. Add cold water, crushed pineapple, diced bananas and miniature marshmallows. Chill in refrigerator until congealed.
2. Thentook until thickened, sugar, egg, pineapple and flour. Allow to cool, spread this mixture over congealed gelatin. Mix cream cheese and cool whip, beat until light. Spread over second layer. Sprinkle grated sharp cheese over top.
