Hot And Sour Barbecue Chicken

  1. Chop the onion and saute it in the margarine until the onion is clear.
  2. Add the vinegar, lemon juice and the remains of half a squeezed lemon.
  3. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and 2 or 3 drops of Tabasco.
  4. Sprinkle in the peppers and cumin to taste.
  5. (Start with very little, then add more as needed.)
  6. Simmer for about half an hour, then add more of the peppers, if necessary.
  7. Place the chicken on a hot grill and spoon or mop some sauce on each piece. Cook slowly, putting more sauce on the chicken each time it is turned.
  8. Remove cooked chicken from the grill and serve.
