Egg Bread

  1. Heat milk until bubbles
  2. form
  3. around edge of pan.
  4. Add sugar, margarine and
  5. raisins.
  6. Cool
  7. totukewarm.
  8. Sprinkle yeast over water in
  9. large
  10. bowl.
  11. Stir
  12. until dissolved.
  13. Add eggs and mix. Gradually add
  14. flour
  15. a
  16. little at a time.tix with hands.
  17. Place on board and knead until smooth, 5 minutes. Place in bowl and let rise until double.tound it down twice. Divide in half.
  18. Roll out and place seam side down in 2 bread pans, brush with a little melted margarine on top of bread and let rise a little over
  19. top. Bake

  23. oven about 35 minutes.
