Egg Bread
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. very warm water
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 3 eggs
- 7 1/2 c. flour
- Heat milk until bubbles
- form
- around edge of pan.
- Add sugar, margarine and
- raisins.
- Cool
- totukewarm.
- Sprinkle yeast over water in
- large
- bowl.
- Stir
- until dissolved.
- Add eggs and mix. Gradually add
- flour
- a
- little at a time.tix with hands.
- Place on board and knead until smooth, 5 minutes. Place in bowl and let rise until double.tound it down twice. Divide in half.
- Roll out and place seam side down in 2 bread pans, brush with a little melted margarine on top of bread and let rise a little over
- top. Bake

- oven about 35 minutes.
