Lamb Curry
- MARINADE
- 1/2 Cup Yoghurt
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of Turmeric
- MIXED PASTE
- 1TSP Ginger
- 1 TSP Garlic
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric Paste
- OTHER INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams Lamb
- 1 Diced Onion
- 2 TBS Oil
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric
- 1 Piece Cinnamon
- 1 Cardamom
- 1/4 TSP Anise
- 1 Pottato cut cubed
- 1 carrot cut cubed
- Marinade Lamb overnight
- Cook onion in oil until light brown
- Add paste and cook until you can smell the aroma of the spices
- Add tomatoes and chilli powder and stir
- Add lamb and marinade and casserole for about 2 hours
- 6.tdd potatoes and carrot half way through cooking time
- Cover and cook at low flame till done
