Stir-Fry Ala Jeane

  1. Put oil in wok and heat to high.
  2. Add garlic and your choice of meat.
  3. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes, then drain on paper towel.
  4. In remaining juice, stir-fry veggies by density until crisp.
  5. You don't want soggy veggies.
  6. Mix soy sauce with cornstarch and grated ginger.
  7. Add meat to veggies.
  8. Make hole in center of mixture.
  9. Add sauce and let set a minute on high, then stir all together.
  10. Serve with steamed rice.
