Easy Meat And Tater Casserole
- 1 bag Tater Tots
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 box frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- Line bottom and sides of 11 x 13-inch baking dish with Tater Tots.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Fry and drain ground beef. Layer onto tots, beef, broccoli, tomatoes and 1/2 can onions.
- In a bowl mix together soup, milk, pepper, garlic and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour mixture over top of other ingredients.
- Bake 40 minutes at 350u0b0 or until done (not soupy).
- Remove from oven and top with remaining onions and cheese.
- Return to oven for about 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
