Lil Hot Dogies

  1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. Cut hot dogs lengthwise about three-fourths through.
  3. Fill each with 1 tablespoon relish; set aside.
  4. In medium bowl combine biscuit mix, cornmeal, paprika and mustard.
  5. In 1-cup measure beat egg slightly with fork, add enough milk to make 3/4 cup.
  6. Make well in center of dry ingredients.
  7. Add milk mixture, all at once, stirring just to blend.
  8. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface; knead 12 to 15 times.
  9. Roll out into 12-inch square.
  10. With floured sharp knife cut 9 squares (about 4 inches each).
  11. Wrap a square around each frank, leaving ends exposed.
  12. Place, seam side down, on cookie sheet.
  13. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
