Low-Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream together sugars, margarine, Egg Beaters and vanilla. Add flour and mix until thoroughly blended.
  2. Chill dough for 1 hour. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
  3. Press 4 to 5 chocolate chips into each dough ball. Bake at 375u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. This will give you the satisfaction of a chocolate chip cookie without destroying your fat budget.
  4. Providing you use good judgment and limit your intake, you can enjoy all the foods you are familiar with.
  5. Yields 6 dozen cookies.
