Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake - No Bake

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk in a medium size bowl.
  3. Pour cappuccino in bowl.
  4. Quickly dip cookies, one at a time, into cappuccino, then spread one side with cream cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange in a lined pan, starting from right to left, placing 5 cookies, spread side down, overlapping in a row.
  6. Place next row of cookies from left to right.
  7. Repeat until 4 rows of cookies cover bottom of pan.
  8. Rotate pan 1/4 turn and add another layer of cookies.
  9. Repeat rotating pan 1/4 turn and layering 2 more times for a total of 4 layers.
  10. Pour any remaining cappuccino over the top.
  11. Refrigerate at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
