Modern Crudite With Green Goddess Dip

  1. Use mineral oil to seal a slate serving platter and buff it dry.
  2. Arrange the cut vegetables aound the center of the platter.
  3. Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve in a red pepper and garnish with a sprig of dill.
