Beef And Cabbage Taco Casserole

• 1 1/2 c. shredded potatoes
• 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/8 tsp. onion salt
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
• 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers, drained
• 1/2 c. taco sauce
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/8 tsp. onion salt
• 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

1. Mix
2. potatoes,t/2 cup cheese, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
3. Press into bottom and up sides of greased 1
4. quart baking dish. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, brown ground

11. In same skillet stir-fry cabbage
