Brunswick Chicken Stew

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in large Dutch oven; bring to boil.
  2. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
  3. Remove chicken from broth.
  4. Cool chicken completely, skin, bone and coarsely chop meat.
