Vanilla Milkshake For The 'Less Fortunate' (Lactose Intolerant)

  1. Blend the ingredients of Part 1 in a high speed blender. Enjoy in a tall glass.
  2. If using any of the optional add-ins, blend your add-in of choice in a high speed blender with part 1's ingredients. If using the frozen fruit, I suggest adding the berries after blending the rest of the ingredients and just pulsing them in to marble the drink. Enjoy.
