Pork Chops Supreme
- 6 pork chops
- vegetable oil
- seasoned salt
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can French fried onions (Durkee)
- Brown chops in slightly greased skillet; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- Combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Stir potatoes, 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 can of onions with soup mixture; mix all together.
- Spoon mixture into a 4 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange chops over mixture.
- Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered.
