Larb Fruit Wraps

  1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  2. Add ground meat and cook until water is almost gone.
  3. Add shallots, ground chili, toasted rice and mix.
  4. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mixing all ingredients together. (adjust lime juice and fish sauce to taste)
  5. Toss ingredients together
  6. Serve alongside meat larb, with cabbage and or leaf lettuce. Eat as wraps.
