Blues & Cacao Smoothie Bowl
- Ingredients to Blend into Smoothie Bowl:
- 2 cups frozen blueberries (or sub 1 cup of blueberries for frozen cherries)
- 1 serving of your favorite plain or vanilla flavored protein powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or agave syrup
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- Ingredient to Top Smoothie Bowl With:
- 1 tablespoon Bow Hill Organic Heirloom Blueberry Powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon hemp hulls
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped raw almonds and pecans
- Blend together appropriate ingredients in one bowl.
- Top and garnish with appropriate ingredients.
