Cranberry Pork Chops

  1. Crumble beef into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Add onion. Microwave, uncovered, 6 minutes.
  3. Drain off as much fat as possible.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
  5. Cover. Microwave 7 to 8 minutes until heated through.
  6. Serve over noodles or rice.
  7. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
