Warm Fudge Filled Cheesecake

  1. Beat butter until creamy.
  2. Add 1/3 c sugar, beat well. Gradually add flour, blend well.
  3. Stir in 1 tsp vanilla.
  4. Press into bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of 9-inch spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  6. Gradually add 1 1/2 c sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating just until yellow disappears.
  7. Stir in 2 tsp vanilla.
  8. Pour 1/2 of mixture on top of crust in spring form pan.
  9. Sprinkle chocolate chips to within 3/4 of an inch from edge.
  10. Pour in remaining batter starting out and working to middle. Place on baking sheet.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  12. Cool 1 hour and serve.
