Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and peanut butter
  4. Add eggs one at a time and beat until blended
  5. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined
  6. Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter cups
  7. Spoon about 1 tablespoon size drops onto un-greased cookie sheet
  8. Bake for 8 minutes
  9. After removing from oven, immediately drop cookie sheet onto towel lined counter top to flatten and soften cookiesrnLet cool and enjoy!
