Massaged Kale Salad

  1. Massage Kale and add carrot and raisins
  2. Whisk dressing vigerously
  3. Pour dressing on Kale mixture, stir well for extra 'massaging'!
  4. Let sit in fridge for about an hour
  5. Toss again & add toasted walnuts
  6. Plate & add long strips of parmesan cheese - easily done with vegetable peeler.
  7. Enjoy!
