Tuscan Pasta Salad

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; strain it and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients except the Parmesan cheese, and balsamic glaze.
  3. Whisk ingredients together until blended and thickened.
  4. Pour over the pasta salad, and then drizzle the top with balsamic glaze.
  5. Sprinkle fresh Parmesan cheese over the top.
