Tuscan Pasta Salad

- 16 ounces bowtie pasta
- 1 cup kalamata olives, halved
- 1/2 cup oil packed sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 14 ounces can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Balsamic Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- Cook the pasta according to package directions; strain it and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the Parmesan cheese, and balsamic glaze.
- Whisk ingredients together until blended and thickened.
- Pour over the pasta salad, and then drizzle the top with balsamic glaze.
- Sprinkle fresh Parmesan cheese over the top.
