  1. Patty-rnrnCombine mashed potatoes,onions, veggies, coriander, Garam Masala, Bread Crumbs and chilli powder
  2. Make into balls, the size of your fist and flatten them slightlyrnrn Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and shallow fry them until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
  3. Place them on Paper towels to drain any oil
  4. Take a bun and slice it into 2 halves
  5. Place the patty and drizzle with Mayo and ranch dressing
  6. Put a handful of Romaine shreds, 3- 4 Onion rings and 1 - 2 Tomato slicesrnrnSecure with a toothpick.
