Pistachio Cream Puffs

  1. Add margarine
  2. and
  3. salt
  4. to
  5. 1
  6. cup boiling water in a saucepan.
  7. Reduce
  8. heat.
  9. Stir
  10. in flour and continue stirring until it
  11. balls
  12. around
  13. the spoon.
  14. Remove from heat. Add the eggs, one
  15. at
  16. a
  17. time, beating each one in well.
  18. Beat in the last egg
  19. until
  20. mixture
  21. breaks
  22. away from the spoon. Drop by teaspoonfuls
  23. ontotreased
  24. baking sheet. Bake at 450u0b0 for 10 minutes.

  29. minutes. Cool and fill with pistachio
  30. puddingtrepared
  31. according
  32. to box directions and folded
  33. into whipped topping.
  34. (Plain whipped cream or topping or a vanilla pudding mixed with drained, crushed pineapple may be used as a filling instead.)
