Pistachio Cream Puffs
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix
- 8 oz. whipped topping
- Add margarine
- and
- salt
- to
- 1
- cup boiling water in a saucepan.
- Reduce
- heat.
- Stir
- in flour and continue stirring until it
- balls
- around
- the spoon.
- Remove from heat. Add the eggs, one
- at
- a
- time, beating each one in well.
- Beat in the last egg
- until
- mixture
- breaks
- away from the spoon. Drop by teaspoonfuls
- ontotreased
- baking sheet. Bake at 450u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Bake
- att50u0b0
- for
- 25
- minutes. Cool and fill with pistachio
- puddingtrepared
- according
- to box directions and folded
- into whipped topping.
- (Plain whipped cream or topping or a vanilla pudding mixed with drained, crushed pineapple may be used as a filling instead.)
