Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops
- 6 pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. water
- 6 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 sliced onion, separated into rings
- Brown pork chops in oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Stir in flour, salt and pepper, chicken bouillon and water.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
- Place potatoes in bottom of 8 x 12-inch baking dish or roaster.
- Top with onion rings.
- Pour chicken broth mixture evenly over potatoes and onions.
- Top with pork chops.
- Cover.
- Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
- Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes.
