Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Tart

  1. For crust:rnHeat over to 350 degrees. rnCrush cookies in a food processor. Add melted butter and pulse. Press into bottom of a 9 inch tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes. rnLet cool.
  2. For Tart Filling:rnCream cheese in a mixer until light.
  3. In the meantime, heat cream until small bubbles start to form. rnPour over chocolate chips and let rest for 5 minutes. rnWhisk to combine.
  4. Add melted chocolate to cheese and beat until well blended.
  5. Pour chocolate cheese mixture into prepared crust.rnTop with raspberries.
  6. Cover loosely with plastic and chill for 2-3 hours.
