  1. Boil chicken breast and remove any bone and skin.
  2. Chunk, slice or dice to suit your taste.
  3. With broth from chicken make gravy. You may have to add some commerical broth for flavor.
  4. Cook rice according to how many people you will be serving.
  5. Put each item in a bowl and arrange around the table.
  6. Usually you start with the rice, chicken and then gravy.
  7. Each item is put on top of the other.
  8. This is particularly good with a large group and takes very little preparation.
  9. You may add to or delete any of the items.
