Low-Fat Cranberry And Apple Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In a large bowl, combine apples, cranberries and granulated sugar.
  3. Spread in a shallow 2-quart casserole or a 10-inch square pan.
  4. In a medium sized bowl, blend brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and spices.
  5. Pour melted margarine over oatmeal mixture; blend well.
  6. Spread topping over fruit. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. Makes 10 servings; each serving contains 6 grams of fat.
