King Ranch Chicken

  1. This casserole is done in layers, one on top of the other. Boil the chicken breasts covered in water on the stove with a slice of onion, salt and pepper until it falls off the bone.
  2. Pull chicken off the bone and cut into chunks.
  3. Remember to save your cooking water from the chicken and use as broth for the casserole. Dice up the onion and the green pepper and mix together.
  4. Mix the two soups together.
