Maple Ginger Raisin Cookies

  1. Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, ginger, maple extract, and nutmeg until fluffy. Add egg and molasses and mix well. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and raisins. Mix well. Cover and let sit in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll balls of dough in sugar and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment.rnBake for 16 minutes just until centers are set. Let cool.rnStore in airtight container for up to a week.
