Maple Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil.
  3. Add pork chops and brown, turning once to brown second side.
  4. Place pork chops in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. In a medium saucepan over a low heat, combine onion, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder, pepper, maple syrup and water, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture over pork chops and bake covered for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
  7. Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes. Remove pork chops; cover and set aside.
