Bourbon Barbecued Ribs

  1. Mix all ingredients except spareribs; let stand at room temperature for 1 1/2 hours.
  2. Place spareribs, meaty side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  3. Roast uncovered in 325u0b0 oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  4. Brush sauce over ribs.
  5. Roast, turning and brushing frequently with sauce, until ribs are done, about 45 minutes longer.
  6. Heat remaining sauce to boiling, stirring occasionally. Serve with ribs.
  7. Yield:
