Russian Salad

  1. In a large bowl, marinate with French dressing the lettuce, onions and green beans.
  2. Alternate layers of other ingredients, reserving 1 egg to be sliced for decorating top.
  3. Pour over entire salad 1 cup Thousand Island dressing or 1 cup caviar dressing (mayonnaise and 1 jar caviar).
  4. Marinate lightly.
  5. Serve immediately.
