Healthy Teriyaki Burger

  1. Heat tofu in a microwave over for one minute, and squeeze tofu (drain liquid)
  2. Mix meat, tofu,egg and ginger well
  3. Make two thick patties and pat it
  4. Put oil in a frying pan
  5. Cook until both sides are golden brown, and steam it for five minutes
  6. Remove patties from frying pan temporarily
  7. Put soy sauce, sweet sake, potato starch and water in a frying pan, and rnboil down
  8. Dress patties with Teriyaki sauce
  9. Toast buns
  10. Mix ketchup and mayonnaise, and spread on the buns
  11. Place vegetables on patties
