Meat Filled Jumbo Shells

  1. Cook jumbo shells according to package directions; drain.
  2. Cool on paper.
  3. Brown beef and pork in skillet; drain.
  4. Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, Mozzarella cheese (if desired), onion, oregano, salt and pepper.
  5. Fill each shell with 2 tablespoons.
  6. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  7. Place shells open side down, in a single layer in the pan; cover with sauce.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil; bake at 350u0b0 about 45 minutes. Fills 36 shells.
  9. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
